Free camping is available within the Rookesbury grounds, but for security reasons, it will not be directly alongside your stall or pitch. The camping area is very close to the event site, which will be under constant security.
The Show Guide will be distributed to all visitors on the day, containing the event programme, dog show timetable, site maps and more. We have a limited number of spots in this guide for businesses to advertise within.

  TRADE STALL INFORMATION

 

The Hampshire Pet Fair offers traders and exhibitors great access to customers who love everything and anything about pets! Starting in 2014, the last Hampshire Pet Fair pre-covid attracted over 5,000 visitors and 1,200 dogs in just a one day event. For 2025, we’re going bigger and better – a larger venue & an entire weekend!

There’s so much to enjoy from arena displays, various pet and animal displays, have-a-go to fun competitions and lots of food & drink so visitors will stay for the whole day. This is the ideal event to sell your pet related products or services direct to enthusiastic customers who often come with the whole family including their dogs.

Rookesbury Park offers both indoor and outdoor space so whatever the weather we’ve got it covered.  As well as promoting your business/service or raising money for your rescue you will also enjoy being part of an exciting and ever growing event in the pet industry. Whether you are representing a multi-national brand or a small family run company, any size exhibitor is welcome.

INDOOR TRADE STALL

This pitch is 3 metres in width and 2 metres in depth. Pitches will be pre-allocated and marked upon your arrival. Tables & chairs are available for hire for the duration of the event as listed above. These must be pre-booked.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENTS

Choose to pay the full balance at booking or a 20% deposit to secure your space.Once received, we’ll confirm your booking and details of any further balance due. The outstanding balance is due six weeks prior to the show. In the unlikely event that we can’t accept your booking, we will refund any monies paid.

PARKING

Free exhibitor parking is included.

CAMPING

Free camping will be available on site for exhibitors for the duration of the event. There is indoor accommodation available within Rookesbury House, bookable directly with the venue.

TRADE PASSES

Two Trade Passes are included with your stall. If you require further Trade Passes, they can be added to your order above.

SHOW GUIDE ADVERTISING

A free Hampshire Pet Fair Show Guide will be given out on both days to visitors (A5 size).

This is an ideal platform to advertise your business, service or charity/rescue in more detail for everyone to see and take away your contact details. Why not have discounts, offers or vouchers available that can be used on or after the day?

Perhaps you’re a local business who would like to advertise despite not being able to attend the show. Prices are simple if supplied with artwork and we will be printing thousands of free guides, all in full colour! If you need help designing suitable artwork, we even offer a design service!
