Terms & Conditions for Advertising in the Hampshire Pet Fair Show Guide

 

  1. Booking and Payment
    • All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Hampshire Pet Fair organisers, Hants Events Ltd.
    • Full payment is required to secure your advertising space.
    • Payment must be received by 8 weeks before the event to guarantee inclusion in the Show Guide.
  2. Artwork Submission
    • Advertisers must submit artwork 6 weeks before the event.
    • Artwork must meet our provided specifications for size, format, and resolution.
    • Late submissions may result in exclusion from the Show Guide without refund.
  3. Content Standards
    • Content must not be offensive, discriminatory, or in violation of any laws.
    • Hants Events reserves the right to refuse any advertisement that doesn’t meet our content standards.
  4. Cancellations and Refunds
    • Cancellations made more than 12 weeks before the event will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations between 12 and 8 weeks before the event will receive a 50% refund.
    • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 8 weeks before the event.
  5. Liability
    • Hants Events is not responsible for errors in artwork provided by advertisers.
    • In the unlikely event of the Show Guide not being produced, liability is limited to a full refund of the fee paid.
  6. Intellectual Property
    • Advertisers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use all content in their advertisements.
    • By submitting an advertisement, you grant Hampshire Pet Fair the right to reproduce it in the Show Guide.
  7. Changes and Cancellation of Event
    • Hampshire Pet Fair reserves the right to change the date or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • In case of date changes, advertisements will be carried forward to the new date.
    • If the event is cancelled, advertisers will receive a full refund.
  8. Privacy
    • Advertiser information will be used solely for the purposes of managing advertisements and will not be shared with third parties.

By booking an advertisement in the Hampshire Pet Fair Show Guide, you agree to these terms and conditions.
